To claim something:

• It's understood that you're claiming something you really want, and that your intents are not to sell it.
• You will need to pick it up yourself... or arrange to have it sent/brought to you.
• If you claim a large item (eg. furniture, lamps, etc.), it needs to be out of the appartment by 2/28/2010.
