Create a new login ID.

The login ID should consist of the first letter of your first name, followed by your last name.
Do not use any spaces.
Use only lower case letters.
Do not use any apostrophes.

Example: ID for John Smith would be jsmith

Your login ID must be unique.
If the ID you choose is already taken, you will need to choose another one.
Add a middle initial or tack on a number to the end.
